NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-013565 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-SEA2, Plaintiff, and, TOTH, SZILARD, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 1ST day of March, 2012, the following described property:
UNIT 12207, BAY ISLE KEY CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 144 PAGES 1-14, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15264 PAGE 2218, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS ATTACHED THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WTIH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
