NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 5, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-003061, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2006-OPT2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT2 is Plaintiff and THOMAS BUCHANAN, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS BUCHANAN, JR.; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 21 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 4, HIGHLAND PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 24 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
