Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 11-7134-CO-042, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS LOT 209 AND THE SOUTH 2 FEET OF LOT 211, SKY HARBOR ESTATES CORPORATION, INC., AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SKY HARBOR ESTATES CORPORATION, INC., AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4023, PAGE 1226-1259, AND AMENDED THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 99-101, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH 1964 TTA HS ID #5141688, FLORIDA TITLE NO. 1723526.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., on March 9, 2012. The sale shall be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim
within 60 days after the sale.
