Apartment Unit No. 206, COVE CAY CONDOMINIUM TWENTY-SIX SIXTEEN, VILLAGE 1, a Condominium, as further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 3937, Page 79, and according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 12, Pages 67 to 70, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 2616 Cove Cay Drive, #206, Clearwater, Florida, 33760.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 2, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
