NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-8506-CO-041 of the Circuit Court, of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Victory Estate Homeowners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and JULIA DOUGLAS and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JULIA DOUGLAS are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 24th day of February, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, VICTORY ESTATES MOBILE HOME PARK, 6950 46th Street N, St. Petersburg, FL 33709, Parcel ID #063116940280060, for a term of years from the 31st day of December, 1996 until the 30th day of December 2095, or for as long as shareholder is the owner of a share of corporate stock of the corporation unless sooner terminated as provided in the Second Amended Master Occupancy Agreement, which is hereby totally adopted in this Agreement by reference and made a part thereof. The Second amended master occupancy agreement is recorded in O.R. Book 9645, Page 2098, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. the street address of which is: 6950 46th Avenue N., #6 St. Petersburg, FL, 33709.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
