NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-3471 CI - 13 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and MARY H. RODGERS, UM CAPITAL LLC, UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION #1 LYNN RODGERS, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 24th day of February, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 38 AND 39, RIDGEWOOD TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
