INVITATION TO BID
The Haven of RCS is soliciting bids for Phase 1 of a new building project. Phase 1 includes Survey and Environmental Testing only. Site review and pre-bid meeting will be held 2/10/12 @ 9:30am at The Haven of RCS, 1403 N. Fort Harrison Ave, Clearwater FL 33755. Selected firm will be asked to commit to full project, if project feasibility is determined in Phase I. This is a COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENNT BLOCK GRANT project, funded through the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. Therefore, Federal regulations including, but not limited to the following apply: Federal Labor Standards per 29 CFR Parts 3 & 5, Procurement Procedures per Part 85 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Affirmative Action to achieve Equal Employment Opportunity per 41 CFR 60-4, and Davis-Bacon Act. Details regarding these and other Federal Requirements are included in contract documents. Minority and Female contractors are encouraged to apply. Proposals must be submitted in writing to Religious Community Services, Inc. 503 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., Clearwater, FL 33756.
