Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the office of Ken Burke clerk of the circuit court will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That portion of said Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block H, Belmount First Addition, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 27 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, being further described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 6: thence Easterly along the Northern line of said Lots 6, 5 and 4, 75.00 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 4; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said Lot 4 and parallel with the westerly line of said Lot 6, 73.18 feet to the point hereafter to be known as point “A” for convenience returning to the point of beginning; thence southerly along the westerly line of said Lot 6 to the Southwest corner of same; thence Easterly along the Southerly line of said Lot 6 and part of said Lot 5, 43.26 feet; thence Northerly and parallel with the westerly line of said Lot 6, 41.79 feet more or less; thence Northeasterly 40.94 feet to the aforesaid point “A”.
