notice is hereby given that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 14, 2009 in Civil Case No. 11-2008-CA-002394, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS INC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-13 is the Plaintiff, and, JACQUELINE GAVIRIA; ALEJANDRO PONCE, JANE DOE N/K/A MARGARITA GAVIRIA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, First Floor Atrium, 3315 Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on February 22, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 161, OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 51, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGE 84 AND 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
