NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 23, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 11-2009-CA-001343 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOMURA ASSET ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AF1, is the Plaintiff and LEROY SMITH; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEROY SMITH N/K/A MAUDLYN SMITH; VERRAD DUVRA; STATE OF FLORIDA; TENANT #1 N/K/A KATHYRN BELL; TENANT #2 N/K/A ANGELA RODRIGUEZ are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 22nd day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
