NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 19, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 11-2008-CA-009598 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is the Plaintiff and S. TODD WILSON A/K/A TODD WILSON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES; ROYAL PARK VILLAS, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 22 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
FAMILY UNIT NO. 45, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION FOR ROYAL PARK VILLAS, UNIT A, AS SUCH CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION IS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 235, PAGES 939 THROUGH 957, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
A/K/A 30 KNIGHTS BRIDGE ROAD, NAPLES, FL 34112
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
