Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduing Foreclosure Sale dated 24th day of January 2012, entered in Civil Case Number in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities, Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-R12, under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated December 1, 2004 is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT F. KOWAL, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Collier Florida, described as:
LOT 5, BLOCK 116, MARCO BEACH UNIT FOUR, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 32 THROUGH 37, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at COLLIER County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 22 day of February, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
