notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated January 23, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-005625 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for certificateholders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust 2007-AR6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR6, Plaintiff and Adolfo A. Baez and Sylvia M. Baez, His Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on February 22, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
lot 11, valencia lakes-phasE 5-a, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 44, pages 78 through 81, inclusive, of the public records of collier county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
