notice is given that under the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in this action on January 23, 2012, I will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 22 day of February, 2012, the following described property:
Lot 14, Block 9, Royal Harbor, Unit 2, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 69, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, Parcel ID No. 18360200008, which currently has the address of 2060 Sandpiper Street, Naples, Florida 34102
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice Of Lisa Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
