ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-45T1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-45T1, is the Plaintiff and CHARLES VITALE; ANNA C. VITALE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATiON SYSTEMS; INC.; HSBC BANK NEVADA; N.A. AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO DIRECT MERCHANTS CREDIT CARD BANK;N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, FIRST FLOOR ATRIUM. NAPLES, FL 34112, at 22nd on February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK C OF LAUREL LAKES PHASE ONE AT LAUREL WOOD, A PUD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE(S) 32-36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
