Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 12, 2012, entered in Case No. 10-CA-023297 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the second floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs, Street, Tampa, Florida 2:00 PM on the 27th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 15, Block 2, NORTHDALE, SECTION A, UNIT 2, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 49, Page 21, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
