NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-002383 of the Circuit Court January 12, 2012 of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2006-7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7, Plaintiff, and, KEITH JACKOWSKI A/K/A KEITH E. JACKOWSKI, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at GEORGE E. EDGECOMB COURTHOUSE, 800 E. TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FLORIDA, 33602, ROOM 201/202 at 2:00 PM, Florida, at the hour of , on the 21 say of February, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 11, BLOCK 9 OF GRAND HAMPTON PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGES 286 THRU 303, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
