NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Order of a Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated January 12, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 08-CA-011176 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 20 day of February, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2 IN BLOCK 3 OF TIMBERLANE SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 7A, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
