NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23 day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-001806, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICEING LP is the Plaintiff and ROBERTO MENA, ALMA C. SALCEDO A/K/A ALMA C. MENA and GOLDEN GATE ESTATES AREA CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC. IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 22 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75.00 FEET OF THE WEST 150.0 FEET OF TRACT 26, UNIT 62, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 87, OF THE PBULIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
