NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 12, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-008611 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and JASON GORHAM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JASON GORHAM; CARMEN BENNETT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARMEN BENNETT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ROOM 201/202 800 East Twiggs Street, at 10:00AM on March 01, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH RANGE 22 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; THENCE RUN NORTH 264.00 FEET, THENCE RUN WEST 165.00 FEET, THENCE RUN SOUTH 264.00 FEET AND THENCE RUN EAST 165.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; LESS ANY PORTION LYING WITHIN THE MAINTAINED ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY ON THE EAST BOUNDARY.
