Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Partial Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure as to Parcel 3 (Monroe County) entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, as follows: In the Atrium on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse in Collier County, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date.
in accordance with chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20th day of February, 2012, that certain parcel of real property, situated in Monroe County, Florida, described as follows:
Parcel 3:
Lot 2, Block 28, Venetian Shores Plat No. 3, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 48, Public Records of Monroe County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
