NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-015942 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., is Plaintiff and ARELYS YVONNE SAGASTUME AND _______ SAGASTUME, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ARELYS YVONNE SAGASTUME, IF MARRIED; CORTEZ OF CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under Or Against A Named Defendant To This Action, Or Having Or Claiming To Have Any Right, Title Or Interest In The Property Herein described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 2 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 4020 D, IN BUILDING 5, OF CORTEZ OF CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN COMDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, AT PAGE 39, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 3543, AT PAGE 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS AMENDED.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
