NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 19, 2012 and a Final Summary Judgment dated April 14, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010CA007039, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK MINNESOTA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, TRUSTEE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2003-FF5 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2003-FF5, is Plaintiff, and ROBIN ADERMAN A/K/A ROBIN HENRY ADERMAN; DEBRA ADERMAN A/K/A DEBRA JEAN ADERMAN A/K/A DEBRA J. ADERMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; UNKNOWN TENANT #3; UNKNOWN TENANT #4; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE III, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of February, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 35, HOLIDAY HEIGHTS, 2ND ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
