Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28 day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011CA 006270 NC of the Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein rbc bank (usa) is the Plaintiff, and
PARADOCS, LLC; DAVID ZAMIKOFF; DAVID MAJERCIN; MICHELLE MAJERCIN; SHANA MARIE ZAMIKOFF, CITY OF VENICE, UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2 are Defendants, that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on March 1, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 6, via the internet at: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSURE.COM, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 8 and the North 5' of Lot 9, Block 103, VENEZIA PARK SECTION OF VENICE, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 168, of the Public Records of SARASOTA County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
