Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida will, on February 23, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. in the Atrium on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as follows:
