NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-002560, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-6CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6CB is the Plaintiff and JOHN ANDREW NOONAN III A/K/A JOHN ANDREW NOONAN, JOHN A. NOONAN III, JOHN A. NOONAN, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., LINDA MARIE NOONAN A/K/A LINDA M. NOONAN, UNKNOWN TENANT and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN ANDREW NOONAN III A/K/A JOHN ANDREW NOONAN, JOHN A. NOONAN III, JOHN A. NOONAN IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 22nd day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 182, UNIT 6, PART 1, GOLDEN GATE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
