NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated January 12, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2008-CA-024071, DIVISION: B, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA N.A., as Trustee on behalf of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust and for the registered holders of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust 2007-HE1 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates is Plaintiff, and Victoria Feaster, is Defendant.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2:00 PM on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 20th day of February, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
Lot 30, of RIVERCREST, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in plat Book 10, Page 10, of the Public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
This property is located at the Street address of: 201 West Violet Street, Tampa, Florida 33603
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
