NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-001169, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH P. COLADARCI A/K/A JOSEPH PAUL COLADARCI IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 22 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 46 OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 71, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE(S) 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
