Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 000626 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANs, a division of FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, successor in interest by merger to FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and , BRUCE H. GORDON; and STACY ANN GORDON; and BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; and COUNTRY CLUB/EDGEWATER VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 1st day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, LAKEWOOD RANCH COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGE, SUBPHASE FF A/K/A THE DOMINION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PALT BOOK 43, PAGES 126 THROUGH 136, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
