From the South 1/4 corner of Section 1, Township 50 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, run South 88Ëš35'20” West 1316.0 feet along the South line Section 1 for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue South 88Ëš35'20” West 658.0 feet; thence North 0Ëš09'50” West 662.5 feet, parallel with the 1/4 section line of said Section 1; thence North 88Ëš35'20” East 658.0 feet; thence South 0Ëš09'50” East 662.5 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
