NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 0801251CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. BANKUNITED, FSB is Plaintiff and LEOPOLDO SILVA, a single man, if living and if deceased, any unknown party who may claim as heir, devisee, grantee, assignee, lienor, creditor, trustee or other claimant, by through under or against LEOPOLDO SILVA; NATIONAL CITY BANK; REGIONS BANK; JOHN DOE; MARY DOE AND/OR ANY UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, AND ALL OTHER WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, at Naples, in COLLIER County, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 27, MARCO BEACH UNIT ONE, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, AT PAGES 9 THROUGH 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
