NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated January 19, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-001801 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-5, Plaintiff and James E. Hall are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M., on March 1, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 72 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY BEGIN AT THE SE CORNER OF LOT 5, PLAT OF SUSAN M. LEFFINGWELL ESTATE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 294, PAGE 223, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE NORTH 172 FEET, THENCE WEST 253 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 172 FEET, THENCE EAST 253 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LYING AND BEING SITUATE IN MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
