NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated January 19, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-001206 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America N.A. as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank NA as trustee for Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates WMALT Series 2006-AR3 Trust, Plaintiff and Fernando A. Hinojosa and Patricia L. Hinojosa, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M., on February 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE SUBPHASE D, UNIT 3, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 100 THROUGH 104, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
