NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated January 19, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-000406 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank NA as trustee for Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificate Series 2006-AR11 Trust, Plaintiff and James D. Doyle and Jane H. Doyle, Husband and Wife and Joseph F. Markowski, III and Darlene D. Markowski, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M., on February 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 3, GULF & BAY ESTATES SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 109, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ALSO: ALL LANDS, IF ANY, LYING BETWEEN THE NORTHERLY EXTENSION OF THE EAST AND WEST SIDE LINES OF LOT 3, BLOCK 3, GULF AND BAY ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 109, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, WHEN SAID SIDE LINES ARE EXTENDED NORTHERLY TO THE WATERS OF THE BOAT CHANNEL ADJACENT TO SAID BLOCK SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
