NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 18, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein TD BANK, N.A. is Plaintiff and LESLIE VOGT; et al., are Defendant(s).
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida at the subject property at public sale on February 29, 2012, at 10:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 61 and the East 1/2 of Lot 62, WARNER SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 28, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and together with the South 1/2 of closed alley abutting said property along the North.
