LOT 23, BLOCK 3, NORTH PORT CHARLOTTE COUNTRY CLUB UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 37 AND 37A THRU 37C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
