NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 23, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-011017-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage Successor in Interest to Union Planters Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Laquita Boyer Rein are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on February 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
ALL OF LOT 17 AND THE EAST ONE-HALF (E1/2) OF LOT 15, BLOCK “H”, THE UPLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 15 AND 15A, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
