NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 011859, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN L. REID A/K/A STEPHEN REID; MELISSA REID; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 22nd day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Beginning at the NW corner of Lot 1 of Block A, of HAGLE PARK, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, at page 88, of the Public records of Manatee County, Florida, and go North 205 feet to a point; thence go South 89Ëš44' East, a distance of 223 feet along the Northerly line of a 25 foot easement (driveway) to a point of beginning; thence continue South 89Ëš44' East, a distance of 100 feet along said 25 foot driveway (easement); thence North 196 feet to the Southerly bank of canal; thence go Westerly along said canal bank a distance of 100.26 feet to a point; thence go South 203 feet to the Point of Beginning, and commence at the NW corner of Lot 1, Block A, Hagle Park, as recorded in Plat Book 10, page 88, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; thence North 205 feet; thence South 89Ëš44' East, 323 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North 196 feet to a canal; thence Westerly along said canal 25 feet; thence North 123 feet more or less to the Manatee River; thence Easterly along said Manatee River 46 feet; thence South 319 feet; thence North 89Ëš44' West, 21 feet to the Point of Beginning.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
