Units 13, 14, 15 and 16 of NORTH MANATEE INDUSTRIAL PARK, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2141, pages 4343 through 4411, inclusive, and all amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 35, pages 161 through 162, inclusive, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in common areas as described in such Declaration of Condominium.
