Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida:
Lot 51, in Block 2609, FIFTY-SECOND ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, as per Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 21, at Page 13, 13A through 13NN of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M., on February 16, 2012.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
