NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 30, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 11-2009-CA-009703 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO WACHOVIA BANK, NA, AS TRUSTEE FOR WFASC 2005-AR9, is the Plaintiff and JESSE BRAWLEY; RACHEL BRAWLEY; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 23 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
