NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to that certain Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2009, in Case No. 08-CA-9976, of the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein La Casa Sierra Corporation, a Florida corporation, is the Plaintiff and Richard Nusman and Loretta Nusman are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m., on the 29th day of February, 2012, the following described property set forth in that certain Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2009:
Unit 402, Building 4, Phase II, ACADEMY PARK, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1887, Page 2158 and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 31, Page 176, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
