COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., Plaintiff, and, FABIAN RANGEL, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202 800 E. TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33602 AT 10:00 AM, Florida, at the hour of , on the 09 day of March, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 55, IN BLOCK A, BAY CREST PARK UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 26, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
