NOTICE IS GIVEN that under the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in this action on January 19, 2012, I will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash in room 201/202 on the 2nd floor of the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida 33602, at 2:00 P.M. on the 24 day of April, 2012, the following described property:
