NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Default and Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2012, setting the sale date as noticed herein, entered in the Captioned Matter of the Circuit Court of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein MSMC VENTURE LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, as Assignee of Market Street Mortgage Corporation, was the Plaintiff and RABBI AHMED, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RABBI AHMED and C. KEMP IRRIGATION, LLC d/b/a KEMP IRRIGATION,LLC, BARONY HOMES INC., D & D GARAGE DOORS, INC., HD SUPPLY, INC., and CITY OF NORTH PORT are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclosure.com at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the sale may be had, in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, on the 29th day of February, 2012, the following described property:
Lot 7, Block 2399, 49th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 21, Page(s) 1, of the Public Records of Sarasota, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
