NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JANUARY 23, 2012, and entered in 2011 CA 000670 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida , wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM D WILLIAMS; SALLY J WILLIAMS; SORRENTO EAST PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION; INC; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT#1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on FEBRUARY 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 6 OF SORRENTO EAST, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE (S) 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
