notice is hereby given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2011 entered in Case NO. 11-0036-CC in the County Court in and for Collier County, Florida wherein AVIANO AT NAPLES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and KRZYSZTOF BANSKI and MARTA KAPELINSKA, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, in/on the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 Collier County, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on the 23 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 66 of AVIANO AT NAPLES, a subdivision according to th plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 67 through 71, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
a/k/a 12608 Biscayne Court, Naples, FL 34105.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
