NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 002254 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC. is the Plaintiff and MARLA BRASCO A/K/A MARLA J. BRASCO; CASA DI AMICI CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; VENETIA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; VILLA PARADISO NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARLA BRASCO A/K/A MARLA J. BRASCO; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 21st day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT M-33-A, PHASE II, CASAA DI AMICI, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2003242857, AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2004067960 AND AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2004229649, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 37, PAGE 20, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
