notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated January 27, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-010668 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-16AX, Plaintiff and Christopher S. Esenberg are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on February 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5 AND THE WEST HALF OF LOT 6, BLOCK D, SABAL SHORES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
