NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 30, 2011 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-010620 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and CJV RENTALS, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; ROBERT D. YOUNG; DEBRA VICKERS YOUNG A/K/A DEBRA V. YOUNG; TENANT #1 N/K/A ALEXAN VILLANOVA, TENANT #2 N/K/A MARIA RODOSNO, and TENANT #3 N/K/A LUIS ANGELES are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 6th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
